to help you de-stress

During these unprecedented times, Innovative Wellness will continue offering our private, and small quaint de-stress, trauma informed therapeutic  yoga classes, at our Waterloo studio, and at private client locations during this COVID-19 “shut down” of schools, City Community Centres, etc.

The health, safety and well being of our clients  continues to be our highest priority.

As always, we will continue to sanitize all high touch surfaces at our studio.

NEW….We are now offering classes via phone, and video conference (i.e. FaceBook Chat, FaceTime)

We are watching as the global situation with COVID-19 continues to evolve. I wanted to reach out to you personally to let you know what we’re doing to manage and combat this or any other virus. We will keep you up to date if we may be  required to implement new measures to prevent the further spread of COVID-19.

We will continue to inspire positive results through strategic initiatives,

We kindly request you cancel and stay home if  you have any cold/flu like symptoms.

Please Note:

The Wayside Operating Committee met this afternoon (March 13, 2020)  and reached the decision to suspend the Monday 11am Dementia Friendly Chair Yoga and Wednesday 10:30am Chair Yoga Programs until further notice.  While the incidence of COVID19 is very low in our community the decision was to be proactive rather than reactive.  The concern is participants of these programs may be in the high-risk segments of the population (age or pre-existing medical conditions). I was told, this is not a decision that we made lightly but one that we felt was in the best interests of both the Wayside and Emmanuel communities.

Fees:
Drop In: $25 for hour class or $30 90min class
Ten Yoga classes use within 13 weeks $200 + HST

Private: $100 one hour, or $750 ten one hour sessions
