Thank you yoga master, Dianne Bondy ?who is helping to?shatter the narrow minded and outdated stereotypes about the limitations of size in yoga. For the past decade, ?I often hear people say to me ” I can’t do yoga, look at me – I do not have the “yoga” body, or I can’t?even?touch my toes”.
Yoga is a personal journey to create awareness, self care tools and self regulation.
I am inspired every day from my clients who?range from newborns to people in their ninety’s, some living with serous mental and/or physical health challenges.
