Innovative Wellness offering outdoor & virtual classes

We cannot control forced provincial closures, however, we can choose how we react. Some ways Innovative Wellness would like to help you  stay healthy mentally, physically and emotionally are:

  • Outdoor yoga classes
  • If that’s too chilly, join me virtually (via your phone, FB messenger video, google chat, etc) for one or all of the following classesyoga, yogilaties, yoga sculpt, toning, weights and stretch (See below schedule)
  • Get moving together outdoors….join me for a hike
  • Create a supportive community to help each other if you need items at the grocery store let me know I’m happy to help
  • Call, text, message those you care about

Due to the new provincial State of emergency announcement today (March 17 8:30am), I believe Innovative Wellness indoor classes close until March 31, 2020 since we would fall under the indoor recreation.
