While watching this video try the full yoga breath. Place one hand on your belly button and the other on your heart. Breath in through your nose for 4. Filling up your lungs from the bottom feeling the belly rise slowly, then the middle chest filling completely to to top feeling your?heart hand rise. Then exhale (breath out) slowly from the top. Feel your heart hand go toward the spine, the middle chest and belly hand.
