Yesterday, Neil and I facilitated an insightful human resource workshop with entrepreneurs. We shared  when to hire and when to wait. What to look for in a skilled employee. How to set standards and expectations for quality work. When and how to get rid of people who just don’t measure up. We also discussed some of the legislation, and acts that govern any workplace.
