Legs up the wall pose

This pose is exactly as it sounds; just lie on your back with your and extend your legs up the wall. ,

If this is uncomfortable, try a  therapeutic variations of this pose. Place a yoga block  under your hips. This will elevate them, creating a slight inversion in your lower belly.
