That’s right, you can roll your troubles away. Take a ball and roll it under your feet. There is research proving this helps to activate your relaxation response to leave you feeling more relaxed. Give it a try and let me know how it works for you.

This technique is so simple. Take a ball. I like to use a ball hockey ball. And roll it under your foot.
